This easy weeknight meal is perfect to make in the beginning of the week and use for different meals. It is a great way meal for a busy day because all you have to do is pour in two ingredients, mix and your all set.
This can easily be made with pork to make a yummy pulled pork meal.

This slow cooker BBQ chicken is easy and versatile. You can use this tender meat for sandwiches, rice bowls, or even tacos!
Gluten-Free– All of my recipes are gluten free since my husband has Celiac disease, which means he is allergic to gluten. Always check your BBQ Sauce to make sure it’s gluten-free. Some BBQ sauce have soy sauce or some other ingredients that have gluten. Always make sure to double check!

Not only is it easy to carry but also you will never lose another Tupperware or serving dish again at a potluck party!
3 Ingredient BBQ Chicken
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ Sauce
- 12 ounces Coke
- Add chicken breasts to bottom of slow cooker.
- Pour bottle of bbq sauce and can of Coke over chicken and coat.
- Cook for 2-3 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
- Shred with fork and enjoy!
