- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 1 white onion diced
- 3 cups cubed turkey
- 6-8 cups turkey stock or chicken stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 springs of thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz rotini noodles or noodles of choice
Add chicken stock, celery, carrots, onion, and turkey to slow cooker.
Add spices to slow cooker and stir until combined.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
30 minutes before finished, Cook noodles on stovetop until al dente. Add noodles to slow cooker.
Cook additional 30 minutes.
