- 3 chicken breasts shredded
- 56 ounces green enchilada sauce make sure it’s gluten free, I use Hatch
- 8 ounces canned green chilies
- 15.5 ounces white hominy
Optional for garnish:
- Avocado
- Radish
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
- Tortilla chips
Add chicken, enchilada sauce, green chiles and hominy to slow cooker. Mix to combine.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Garnish with all the toppings!
