Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cheerios
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix peanut butter and honey in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments until melted. (You can also do this on the stove in a pan but this way I don’t have to worry about the kids.)
  • Pour Cheerios into melted honey and peanut butter. Mix until coated. Add chocolate chips and gently mix again.
  • Mix Cheerios and chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into lined 8x8 baking dish. Press into place with parchment paper or spatula with non-stick spray.
  • Press flat into dish.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

-Spray everything with non-stick spray when dealing with honey.
-Store any leftovers in fridge for up to a week.
-You may need more honey depending on your peanut butter. Mine is natural which doesn’t have added sugar.
