- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cup Chick-fil-A Polynesian Sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 20 oz canned pineapple tidbits drained well
- 1 tbsp ginger (optional) minced
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Add bell peppers, onions, Chick-fil-A Polynesian Sauce, pineapple and minced ginger.
Stir to combine ingredients.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 - 2 1/2hours.
Serve over rice or in lettuce cups! Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes.
