- 1 cornbread mix 15 oz
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2 cans sweet corn cream style
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Add whole kernel corn, sweet corn, sour cream, melted butter, cornbread mix, and honey into a bowl.
Mix ingredients together until combined. Pour into greased 6 qt slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours. I like to use a towel under the lid to catch any condensation from forming and dropping on the bread.
Once finished cooking top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
