Crock Pot Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 10 oz white almond bark melting chocolate
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 12 oz reeses peanut butter chips
  • 16 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 16 oz salted dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • Add semi-sweet chips, milk chocolate chips, melting chocolate, peanut butter chips, and Peanuts to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. After thirty minutes stir every 15 minutes until all the chocolate is melted. Once melted turn the slow cooker to warm.
  • Line parchment paper out for the peanut clusters before you start scooping.
  • Scoop out peanut clusters using an ice cream scooper or cookie scooper.
  • Refrigerate the clusters for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set, if possible. If not allow them to set at room temperature until set and cooled.
