- 4 oz cream cheese
- 32 oz frozen corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pepper jack shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar shredded
- 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
In a crockpot, combine the frozen corn, sour cream, cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
Stir the ingredients until well combined.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, or until the cheeses are melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
