Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 32 oz frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pepper jack shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a crockpot, combine the frozen corn, sour cream, cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Stir the ingredients until well combined.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, or until the cheeses are melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Stir the dip well before serving.
