Crock Pot Big Mac Casserole

This Crockpot Big Mac Casserole is an easy gluten free hamburger casserole. It includes all your favorites- ground beef, cheese, pickles, onions and topped with delicious Big Mac sauce and sesame seeds!

Equipment

  • 6-Quart or larger Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • Shredded lettuce optional for topping
  • Pickle Slices optional for topping

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons French dressing or ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon grated white onion
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onions.
  • Add ground beef mixture to bottom of slow cooker.
  • Stir in Worcestershire Sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese, cream cheese and heavy cream.
  • Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
  • Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Add shredded lettuce and pickles if desired.
