  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz Feta cheese block style
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • Serrano Pepper minced
  • 8 oz Gluten Free Pasta cooked
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped


  • Add feta cheese to crock pot.
  • Pour tomatoes around feta cheese.
  • Pour olive oil on top of everything.
  • Add salt, pepper, and garlic. (Add Serrano Pepper if desired).
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
  • 20 minutes prior to tomatoes and feta finishing. Cook pasta according to package. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Once finished cooking mash tomatoes and cheese together. Add cream or pasta water if desired to make sauce creamier.
  • Add pasta, fresh basil, and parmesan. Stir everything until the pasta is coated!
