Move over Mississippi Pot Roast there’s a new roast in town! This Crock Pot Dill Pickle Roast is an easy 4 ingredient roast. This Dill Pickle Roast is filled with the flavors of ranch, gravy, and of course PICKLES.

  • 5 pounds chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet gluten free gravy mix
  • 15 oz jar of mini dill pickles


  • Place roast into Crock Pot.
  • Sprinkle brown gravy packet, ranch packet, and 1/2 cup pickle juice on top of roast.
  • Add entire jar of pickles to Crock Pot.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
