Crock Pot Dill Pickle Roast
Move over Mississippi Pot Roast there’s a new roast in town! This Crock Pot Dill Pickle Roast is an easy 4 ingredient roast. This Dill Pickle Roast is filled with the flavors of ranch, gravy, and of course PICKLES.
Servings: 6 servings
- 5 pounds chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet gluten free gravy mix
- 15 oz jar of mini dill pickles
Place roast into Crock Pot.
Sprinkle brown gravy packet, ranch packet, and 1/2 cup pickle juice on top of roast.
Add entire jar of pickles to Crock Pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
