Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip
Nothing says a party quite like Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip! This is a quick 4 ingredient chili cheese dip that you can prepare ahead of time and serve in the crockpot!

- 3 cups homemade chili or 2 15.5oz cans
- 8 ounces cream cheese cut into blocks
- 32 oz block of Velveeta Cheese cubed or 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
Add chili to crockpot.
Cut blocks of cream cheese and place on top of chili.
Cut Velveeta into blocks and place on top of chili.
Pour 1/4 cup salsa on top of everything.
Mix everything together until combined.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours. Stirring once halfway through.
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, corn chips, bread or hot dogs!
