Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes

- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup green onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Dash of paprika
Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool and peel. Grate potatoes.
Melt 1/4 cup butter with cheese until cheese is almost melted. Remove from heat.
Add sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
Mix with potatoes and place in slow cooker. (if using oven put in buttered 2 quart baking dish)
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Cook on high in slow cooker for 45 minutes (If using oven bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes at 350)
