Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter No Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

This is the easiest recipe you will ever make! Ok, so that might not be true but I swear No Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls are the easiest and tastiest recipe I have ever made.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry gluten free oats old fashioned or quick cooking oats work
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and combine. Refrigerate for a least 30 minutes.
  • Use a spoon to scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture. It should make about 12 balls.
  • Place the oatmeal balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for a month.
