Crockpot Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole
Make this easy creamy casserole made with frozen hash browns! Quick to prep and gluten free.
- 32 oz Frozen Hash Browns
- 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup gluten free
- 1 small Yellow Onion finely chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 2 tbsp Flour gluten free
- 14 oz Sour Cream
- 1 cup Ham chopped (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix melted butter and flour together. Set aside.
Add cream of chicken, onions, cheese, sour cream, hash browns and ham. Stir to combine.
Pour butter mixture over ingredients and stir.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low from 4 hours until casserole is bubbling at edges.
Optional- Once finished cooking place under broiler for 5 minutes.
