Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos

Make these easy and cheesy Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos! Gluten free and filled with delicious On the Border Queso Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 7.5 oz green chiles chopped
  • 3/4 cup On The Border Queso Sauce
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Add chicken, salsa, cream of chicken soup, and green chilis to the slow cooker.
  • Stir ingredients and cover chicken with sauce.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Remove liquid from slow cooker and set aside.
  • Shred Chicken.
  • Add 3/4 cup of On The Border Queso Sauce and reserved liquid until creaminess level desired.
  • Stir and serve as tacos or rice bowls!
