Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos
Make these easy and cheesy Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos! Gluten free and filled with delicious On the Border Queso Sauce.
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 7.5 oz green chiles chopped
- 3/4 cup On The Border Queso Sauce
- 1/4 cup salsa
Add chicken, salsa, cream of chicken soup, and green chilis to the slow cooker.
Stir ingredients and cover chicken with sauce.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours.
Remove liquid from slow cooker and set aside.
Add 3/4 cup of On The Border Queso Sauce and reserved liquid until creaminess level desired.
Stir and serve as tacos or rice bowls!
