Orange Glazed Ham Recipe

  • 6 pound fully cooked bone-in ham spiral 6-7 pounds
  • 2 cups orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup orange juice no pulp
  • 2 tbsp ancho chili powder


  • Mix orange marmalade, orange juice, maple syrup and ancho chili powder in separate bowl.
  • Put 1/4 the orange sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add ham into slow cooker cut side down.
  • Cover ham with remaining sauce. (Optional- Add sliced oranges).
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a thermometer registers 140 degrees F when inserted into the thickest part of the ham.
  • Remove ham and slice if necessary.
  • Pour the liquid from the bottom of the crock pot into a medium sized pan.
  • Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring the liquid to a simmer. 
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes or until thicken to your preference.
  • Pour glaze over ham and serve.
