Cheesy Crockpot Cowboy Casserole
This hearty cheesy crockpot cowboy casserole will knock your boots off! Loaded with beef, beans, potatoes and cheese this gluten dinner is easy to prep and dinner will be done for all your cowgirls and cowboys.
- 1 pound ground beef browned and fat drained
- 2 pounds russest potatoes peeled and cut
- 1 Cream of Mushroom Soup gluten free
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 15.5 oz kidney beans canned
- 15.5 oz corn canned
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes do not drain
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brown beef and drain fat.
Add beef, potatoes, onions, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, canned corn, kidney beans, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
Once finished cooking top with shredded cheese.Cover and melt cheese for 10 minutes.
