Easy Cheesy Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes and Ham are the perfect potatoes for the holidays or Sunday dinner!

Scalloped potatoes are thinly sliced potatoes that are layered with a creamy cheesy sauce and baked to perfection!

These Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes are simple to make with easy ingredients that come together to make an irresistible potato dish! 

Ingredients

– Yukon Gold    Potatoes – Cream of Chicken    Soup – Parmesan,    Monterey Jack, &    Sharp Cheddar    Cheese – Milk – Ham(optional) – Thyme – Salt & Pepper

Evenly slice potatoes into 1/8 inch thick pieces. Layer in the Crockpot . Use a mandolin for this to make it quick!

Add ham if desired.

Mix 3 cheeses together with 2 tablespoons cornstarch.

 Pour Cream of Mushroom mixture on top of potatoes and ham.

Cover and cook for 5-6 hours. After finished cooking,  broil for 5 minutes if desired.
