- 12 oz cranberries fresh
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 jalapenos diced and seeds removed
- 1/2 orange juice
Add cranberries, sugar, jalapenos, and orange juice to the slow cooker. Stir to combine ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Stir every hour if possible.
During the last hour place the lid with a small opening to allow some liquid to evaporate.
Once most of the berries have popped stir the cranberries and push them against the side of the slow cooker to break the remaining berries. Taste to determine if you need more sugar.
Turn off the slow cooker and allow the cranberries to thicken. Once cooled for 30 minutes serve or store in an airtight container until serving.
