  • 2 pounds chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3-4 jalapeños sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus 1/3 cup for topping
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled


  • Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
  • Mix jalapeños, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese together.
  • Take jalapeño mixture and spread over chicken breasts.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3.
  • Top with cheddar cheese and bacon.
