Crockpot Jalapeno Chicken
Creamy, rich, and easy! Make this Crockpot jalapeño chicken for a quick and easy dinner with tons of flavor.
Servings: 4 servings
- 5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3-4 jalapeños sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus 1/3 cup for topping
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
Mix jalapeños, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese together.
Take jalapeño mixture and spread over chicken breasts.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3.
Top with cheddar cheese and bacon.
