Slow Cooker Beef Tips with Mushrooms
Slow Cooker Beef Tips with Mushrooms is a melt-in-your-mouth meal that is made for the slow cooker!
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 cup beef broth
- 21 oz cream of mushroom soup 2 (10.5 oz) cans
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
Add 2 pounds of stew meat to the slow cooker.
Pour 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup over beef.
Pour 1 cup beef broth into the slow cooker.
Add onions and mushrooms and stir to combine allingredients.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Salt and pepper to taste.
Optional- Once finished cooking, thicken gravy with cornstarch and water if desired.
Serve immediately over mashed potatoes, rice, or gluten-free noodles.
