  • 2 pounds stew meat
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 21 oz cream of mushroom soup 2 (10.5 oz) cans
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced


  • Add 2 pounds of stew meat to the slow cooker.
  • Pour 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup over beef.
  • Pour 1 cup beef broth into the slow cooker.
  • Add onions and mushrooms and stir to combine allingredients.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Optional- Once finished cooking, thicken gravy with cornstarch and water if desired.
  • Serve immediately over mashed potatoes, rice, or gluten-free noodles.
