Crockpot Ranch Chicken and Potatoes Story

This buttery Crockpot  Ranch Chicken and Potatoes makes an easy one pot dinner the whole family will love!

You only need a few simple ingredients to put this delicious dinner together.  Switch out the veggies to whatever your family enjoys!

Ingredients

– Boneless skinless    chicken thighs – Hidden Valley    Ranch packet – Garlic – Butter – Green beans – Potatoes – Chicken stock

Add melted butter, ranch packet, and garlic together in a small bowl and mix together.  Pour half the mixture  on top of chicken thighs.

Add potatoes and green beans on top of chicken. Pour remaining butter mixture on top of veggies. Add 1/4 cup of chicken stock over all the ingredients.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours. (Cook for less time if using breasts).

Serve each plate with chicken, veggies and potatoes. Drizzle sauce from crockpot over everything.
