Crockpot White Chicken Chili with Black Beans

Crockpot White Chicken Chili is a nice change from traditional chili with a rich taste that is blended perfectly with tender chicken, beans and corn.

Make this once and you will find yourself switching from your favorite red chili especially when you are looking for a lighter option.


– Chicken breasts – Black beans – Corn – Rotel tomatoes – Ranch dressing mix – Cumin – Chili powder – Onion powder – Cream cheese


Place chicken at the bottom of slow cooker. Pour entire can of corn (undrained) and rotel tomatoes. Rinse and drain black beans and pour on top.


Top with seasonings and ranch. Stir all together.


Cut cream cheese into five sections and place on top of everything.


Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.


Fully stir cream cheese into mixture halfway through.
