Crockpot Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded pizza cheese

Instructions

  • Layer bottom of crockpot with a thin layer pizza sauce.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of pizza sauce.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • Add another thick layer of pizza sauce on chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of pizza sauce.
  • Add pepperoni and veggies.
  • Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes to serve.
