Crockpot Baked Potato Soup

This easy Crockpot Baked Potato Soup with Frozen Hash Browns makes the perfect comfort food and is so easy to make! 

Try this loaded baked potato soup for a quick and hearty family friendly meal.

With simple ingredients like frozen hash browns you don't even need to peel and dice the potatoes.  This toss and go meal is perfect for fall. 

Ingredients

– Frozen Diced Hash    Browns – Ranch Dressing           packet – Cream of Chicken      Soup – Cream Cheese – Chicken Broth - Cheese - Bacon - Green Onions

Add potatoes, ranch dressing, and cream of chicken soup to slow cooker.

Pour chicken broth into slow cooker and stir to combine ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once finished cooking add cream cheese. Cover for 30 minutes or until the cream cheese is melted.

Mash or use an immersion blender to achieve desired consistency.

Top with bacon, shredded cheese, and green onions.
