Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a gluten free 5 ingredients dinner that the whole family will love.

This 5 Ingredient Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is the perfect comfort food that the whole family will love. The Garlic Parmesan Sauce paired with the creamy cheesy sauce comes together to make the easiest and most epic pasta ever!

There are two things I love cheese and garlic. I can’t get enough of either and anytime there is an option to put them together I’m sold. This recipe marries the zesty garlic parmesan sauce with cream cheese and a little more parmesan to make a winning combination. This recipe is so amazing it even became a viral Tik Tok recipe!!

Many readers told me they were surprised by the spiciness of the sauce I wanted to make a note of it in the very beginning letting you know this sauce does have a little spice and kick to it! I didn’t think it was spicy but if you are sensitive to heat cut the sauce in half or add sour cream at the end to tone it down.

Quick Dinner – Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

I’m always on the lookout for a simple recipe that is tasty and quick to prepare. Sometimes when you make recipes that are quick they lack in flavor and depth. This chicken is delicious, tender, and has tons flavor thanks to the Garlic Parmesean Sauce. Another delicious garlic chicken recipe is my one-pot Garlic Butter Chicken with Veggies. Like I said I love garlic!

Gluten Free Garlic Parmesan Sauce

The secret ingredient to this meal is the garlic parmesan sauce which is made by Buffalo Wild Wings and is used on their delectable wings. I just used it on chicken breasts instead. You can buy it on Amazon or Wal Mart, or Target. I did see that my grocery store also had a Garlic Parmesan Sauce in the salad dressing aisle so I’m sure you could easily swap that for this BDubs (Nickname for Buffalo Wild Wings) Sauce but I’m not certain it will be gluten free so please make sure and check the label for gluten. You could always make your own sauce and I found this recipe at The Spruce Eats.

Other Sauce Options that Readers have tried-

Great Value Garlic Parmesan Sauce– This is the Walmart version of the sauce. It is even spicer that the Buffalo Wild Wings Sauce.

Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta- Low Carb and Keto

This recipe is a great low-carb and keto choice. The sauce is filled with flavors from cheesy goodness and only has one gram of added sugar. I was so happy to find this low-carb sauce because I feel like it’s very hard to find packaged sauces that are low carb. They are usually packed with sugar. I served this over zoodles, which are zucchini noodles for my low carb hubby and he loved it. We have this zoodle maker which we use all the time. Or you can even buy zoodles at most grocery stores now in the produce department.

Different Ways to Serve Garlic Parmesan Chicken

One of the great parts of this dish is that it is very versatile. If you aren’t in the mood for pasta or don’t want to cook it there are some other ways to serve this meal which I will be making next time!

*Add chopped potatoes to the Crock Pot and cook with the chicken. Easy one-pot dinner!

* Serve shredded chicken on buns

Food Allergies-

Gluten Free

I make everything gluten-free in our house because my husband has celiac disease, which is when you are allergic to gluten. Our favorite pasta is the Gluten-Free Barillla Pasta line. I find that it is the best one at staying together while cooking and the taste is just like real pasta. I used the Barilla Gluten-Free Rotini for this recipe.

Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Need a new Crock-Pot? My favorite is this Crock Pot 7 quart Programmable Slow Cooker. First and foremost, I love being able to set the timer in case I’m not home when the food is finished cooking. The Crock-Pot just switches to warm until you are ready to eat. Plus you can lock the lid and just carry it to a party. Not only is it easy to carry but also you will never lose another Tupperware or serving dish again at a potluck party!

Hi Mel! I’m so sorry the garlic was too strong for you. Maybe adding more milk or less sauce would help?

I loved this recipe, however like some of the others have said my kids found it to be too spicy. I did add some sour cream and thinned the sauce out with a little pasta water. Also, I used a rotisserie chicken to save time. Other than a little kick, which I personally enjoy I thought it was great!

HI Jennifer! Thanks so much so the comment! I’m so happy you enjoyed it. Great feedback on the spiciness and how people can tone it down if needed. Happy Crockin!

Trying this tonight! When adding broccoli do you cook first? If so how?

Hi Christina! I usually just steam it and add it in with the pasta but you could totally add it in a few hours before it’s done cooking and cook it with the chicken and sauce.
