Steakhouse Creamed Corn Recipe
I love a good steak but most of the time I go to a steakhouse to get the delicious side dishes. While mashed potatoes will always be my first love, creamed corn is a close runner-up. There is something about the sweet corn paired with the creamy sauce that is just irresistible.
The first time I went to Lawry’s Steakhouse was when I lived in Los Angeles and they have location of Lawry’s in Beverly Hills. Once I had a bite of their famous Lawry’s Cream Corn I fell in love. I had only ever had the kind that came out of a can before and this was so much better. The prime rib was also good but not as great as the creamed corn!
And if you are asking yourself is this the same as Lawry’s Seasoning Salt the answer is yes!! Lawry’s Seasoned Salt is the signature seasoned salt from the famous Lawry’s Prime Rib restaurants that I always use to jazz up any recipe. So if you do want to make a steak to go with this steakhouse creamed corn grab your Lawry’s Salt to have a true steakhouse experience.

Crockpot Creamed Corn is a classic side dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas! This recipe has always found its way onto our table for these holidays. I love making it in the Crockpot because the stove and oven are in high demand.
Anytime I can do a fix it and forget recipe on those busy days then it gets added to my menu. Plus, everyone thinks this is a fancy side dish because it tastes just like what you get at upscale restuarants.
It is even better because it can stay warm so there is no precise time that it needs to be taken out. I would always give it a good stir 5 minutes before serving but other than that you can just let the crockpot do the work for you!
