Crockpot Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

I love Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce! It is my favorite sauce whenever I go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Once they started selling the sauce at the grocery store I have been using it to make different recipes like my famous Crockpot Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta and my Crockpot Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes. But since the Super Bowl is coming up this weekend I decided to try a new recipe making my wings in the Crock Pot with the sauce then putting them in my new air fryer to finish them off. Spoiler alert they were amazing!

WHERE CAN YOU BUY THIS SAUCE?

I buy my Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce at Wal Mart. You can also buy the sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings Stores, Amazon, and some Costco stores. I live in Phoenix and I haven't found any grocery stores that carry it yet but it might be different where you live.

I do like to warn people that this sauce does have some heat to it!! Please note that it has red pepper flakes in it so if you don't want any heat this sauce isn't for you.

GLUTEN FREE GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE

The secret ingredient to this meal is the garlic parmesan sauce which is made by Buffalo Wild Wings. This sauce is labeled gluten-free on Buffalo Wild Wings website. As always all of my recipes are gluten-free because my husband has celiac disease, which is when you are allergic to gluten. However, if you are concerned because it is not labeled gluten-free on the bottle you could always make your own sauce and I found this recipe at The Spruce Eats.

HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT BUFFALO WILD WINGS GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

Step 1. Add thawed chicken wings and legs into slow cooker.

Step 2. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3. Add ¾ bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce. (Save the remainder for when they are finished)

Step 4. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Step 5. Pre-heat air fryer and take wings out of the slow cooker and remove any liquid.

Step 6. Place in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees or your hottest setting.

Step 7. Once finished cooking cover wing in the sauce.

Step 7. Enjoy with extra Garlic Parmesan Sauce and veggies!

Tips and Tricks

  • If you cannot find Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, you can use any Parmesan garlic sauce that you can find at the store. Walmart makes a version and so does Sweet Baby Rays that people love!
  • Don't have an air fryer? Just use your oven on the broil setting for 5 minutes until crispy.

Need a new Crock-Pot? My favorite is this Crock Pot 7 quart Programmable Slow Cooker. First and foremost, I love being able to set the timer in case I’m not home when the food is finished cooking. The Crock-Pot just switches to warm until you are ready to eat. Plus you can lock the lid and just carry it to a party. Not only is it easy to carry but also you will never lose another Tupperware or serving dish again at a potluck party!

Can I do this in the oven after I remove from the crockpot? I do not have an air fryer and this recipe looks so good!

Hi Dawn, That works for sure! Add chicken wings to the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 425 or until golden brown.

I would add at least an hour to two depending on how frozen.
