Crock Pot Hamburger Casseroles

Crock Pot Big Mac Casserole is a quick ground beef recipe the whole family will gobble up. I love a good hamburger casserole like Crock Beefy Potato Casserole or Tater Tot Taco Casserole. Casseroles are always my go-to because my kids love ground beef as much as the adults do and they are easy to throw into the crock pot and dinner is done. Big Mac Casserole is another one of those family friendly meals that everyone will request!

How to Make Special Sauce?

Tips to Make the Special Sauce

  • I like to make this sauce at least an hour before serving. This way all the flavors combine. You can even make it a day before making this even quicker to serve at dinnertime!
  • Make sure to refrigerate the sauce after you make it unless you are serving right away.

Crock Pot Big Mac Casserole – Gluten Free and Low Carb Casserole

All of my recipes are Gluten Free because my husband had celiac disease. That means you are allergic to gluten. However, this recipe is naturally gluten free so you don’t need to make any swaps.

Keto Version

If you are following a Keto diet this recipe can work for you! Just swap a few of the ingredients.

  • Swap the ketchup for sugar free ketchup.
  • Use dill pickle relish instead of sweet pickle relish.
  • Replace the sugar with Erythritol Sweetener.
